Wisa is a search tool that uses publicly available U.S. Department of Labor data to help users find companies that have historically sponsored work visas. Wisa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information presented on this platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal counsel.
The data displayed on Wisa is sourced from publicly available U.S. Department of Labor records, including Labor Condition Application (LCA) disclosure data, Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) data, and Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) data. All data is public record and freely available from the U.S. government.
Historical visa sponsorship data does not guarantee future sponsorship. A company's past filings do not indicate its willingness or ability to sponsor visas in the future. Users should conduct their own research and consult with qualified immigration attorneys before making any decisions based on data found on this platform.
You may create an account using an email address and password or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Pro plan is available at $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Leaiire LLC does not store your payment card information.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service; access the Service through automated means (bots, scripts, or similar technology); resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service; or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Leaiire LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaiire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
