The most comprehensive and up-to-date list of H-1B visa sponsors in the United States, compiled from Department of Labor filings.
Finding an employer willing to sponsor your H-1B visa starts with knowing who has actually filed. Wisa's 2026 H-1B sponsor list is compiled directly from DOL Labor Condition Application data and USCIS disclosure files. Unlike outdated lists or unverified aggregators, every employer in our database has a documented H-1B filing history.
Our database includes every employer that filed an H-1B Labor Condition Application in FY2024, FY2025, and FY2026. For each employer, you'll find:
Start by searching your target job title or industry. Filter by state or city to find sponsors near you. Sort by filing volume to identify the most active sponsors, or by sponsor score to find employers with the strongest overall track records. Use this data to prioritize your job search and target employers who have a demonstrated history of sponsorship.
Based on current filing data, approximately 35,000 unique employers have filed H-1B LCAs for FY2026. Technology companies account for roughly 60% of filings by volume. The top 50 sponsors file more than 500 LCAs each, while the majority of sponsors file between 1 and 10 petitions annually. New sponsors enter the system every year as companies grow and discover international talent pools.
About 15-20% of employers filing H-1B LCAs each year are first-time filers. While new sponsors may have less immigration experience, they often represent growing companies with strong demand for talent. Wisa flags first-time filers so you can weigh this factor in your decision-making.
The 2026 sponsor list spans every major industry: technology, finance, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, retail, energy, education, and more. While tech dominates by volume, healthcare and financial services have shown the fastest growth in H-1B filings over the past two years.

Search H-1B Sponsors on Wisa →Wisa updates its sponsor database as the DOL releases new LCA disclosure data, which is published quarterly. We also incorporate USCIS H-1B approval and denial data when it becomes available. The most recent data in our system reflects filings from the current and prior fiscal years.
Not necessarily. The list includes all employers with recent H-1B filing history, but an LCA filing does not guarantee current open positions. Use the list to identify sponsors and then check their careers pages for current openings. Wisa's sponsor score prioritizes employers with recent and consistent filing activity.
The sponsor score is a composite metric that factors in filing volume, recency of filings, filing consistency across years, and approval rates where available. A higher score indicates an employer with a strong, reliable track record of H-1B sponsorship.
Currently, the sponsor list focuses on H-1B filings. However, many employers who sponsor H-1B visas also file PERM labor certifications for green cards and sponsor other work visa categories. Wisa is expanding to include green card sponsorship data as well.
